Delivery Information
At Ar-Rihla Canada, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
During busy seasons, dispatch may take up to 72 hours, but you’ll always receive a tracking email or text message once your order ships.
Canada-Wide Shipping
All orders are shipped from Milton, Ontario using Canada Post discounted Shopify rates.
– Standard Shipping (0–2 kg): from $14.90 CAD
– Express Shipping (0–2 kg): from $21.90 CAD
– Free Standard Shipping on orders over $180 CAD (before taxes)
Typical delivery time – 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
Tracking details are automatically sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
United States Shipping
Orders to the U.S. are shipped via Canada Post / USPS and fully tracked.
– Standard International: from $7.90 – $29.90 CAD
– Express International (0–1.5 kg): $34.90 CAD
– Free Standard Shipping on orders over $180 CAD
Delivery time – 5–10 business days, depending on customs and postal handling.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries including UAE, UK, Australia, Europe, and more.
Rates and times are automatically calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees charged by their local authorities.
Ar-Rihla Canada is not responsible for additional fees once your order leaves Canada.
Shipping FAQs
Can I change my shipping address?
– Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email arrihlacanada@gmail.com immediately.
What if my parcel is returned to sender?
– If delivery fails, we’ll contact you once it returns. Reshipping fees equal to the original cost will apply.
My order arrived damaged – what should I do?
– Take clear photos of the box and items, then email them with your order number to arrihlacanada@gmail.com within 48 hours.
Additional Notes
– Ar-Rihla Canada is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
– Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather delays, or high-volume periods.
– All orders include tracked shipping for peace of mind.
