Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Ar-Rihla Canada, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. While we strive to ensure our products are represented accurately through detailed descriptions and professional imagery, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or be unsatisfied with your purchase.

Please note that – slight variations in shade or texture may occur due to lighting conditions during photography. Despite our best efforts to maintain accuracy, these subtle differences can appear upon receipt.
In such cases, we encourage open communication – our customer care team is always ready to assist with any concerns or questions you may have.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return –
– Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in its original packaging.
– Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise approved by Ar-Rihla Canada.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are damaged, worn, or compromised for hygiene reasons.


Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
If you haven’t received it after that time – please contact your bank first.

Damaged or Missing Returned Items

If a product is returned in a condition worse than received or with missing parts, Ar-Rihla Canada reserves the right to –
– Issue a partial refund
Refuse the refund and return the product to the customer
– Handle the case at our sole discretion

In all cases, the customer will be notified of the outcome and reasoning.


Returning Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged for another product of equal value.
– Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.

Return Shipping

– Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– If a refund is approved, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund total.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return.
Ar-Rihla Canada is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.


Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties that may apply to their order.
Ar-Rihla Canada is not liable for any additional fees charged by customs or couriers once your order has been shipped.
